I feel bummed out about a lot of things, IRL. I'm just gonna deal for the next while and see what happens. Hopefully I will feel better about things soon, as that happens eventually.

So I'm working two days this week. Still, it's better than none at all! Tonight I worked at the Marquis, which is running the limited Soul of Shaolin. It was good! No actual speaking in the show, other than the occasional narrative voice over. They used the movements and the dancing to get through it all, and it was amazingly done. The cast are actual Shaolin Kung Fu professionals, and holy fuck some of the stunts. Balancing by their CHESTS on SPEARS and shit. Somersaulting using only their HEADS, so many things that make you go "OFUCK. OFUCK HOW ARE THEY DOING THAT AAAAAH." Overall it was okay. I didn't love it, but I was impressed enough. Particularly by the movements.
I also worked with my cousin Dorothy there tonight. XD SO IT WAS FUN.
In other news, I ordered my router so I can play the RE5 demo for the PS3 next week, since the 360 version just came out. PS3ERS BETTER BE READY TO BE ALL UP IN THE HOUSE. And to laugh at me as I most likely suck dongs.

Since we were up so late, it was not surprising that we didn't wake up at 10:30 like we wanted to. XD We are lazy fucks. But we did get there around noon, and mom came with me. I am currently wrapped up in all of my presents. Footsocks, slippers, new flannel PJs, a soft soft soft dfkljskljfskl omg feels so nice robe, and the also omgdvjhkld feels so good blanket.
So we chilled, and almost all of us had to work at different times today. So I left at around 4:30. Work was fun, I got cookies for everyone there, and one of the stagehands got me a card. :D! I was on though, a-a-and because the schedules are weird this week, that means I was on tonight, and we are having two shows tomorrow that I am working ... sob I am late for both of them. I am so going to sleep very soon because the last few days have been busyfun and I need to get a little extra for what I've missed. XD

DOOOOOOOOOOOOOR!!" And playing through the whole thing in one go, I was so anxious and trying to speed through rooms before he popped up. ;; Even when I killed the Leech Man, he still followed me in the form of BOTH OF MY DEAD PARTNERS o-o-oops I didn't even know they had died. I'M A GREAT PARTNER.
And now I have a poll, because I DO want to get my PS3. But I also want to see if I should save up for an XBox by March based on the replies. So Resident Evil peeps:

Yeah, last night after work, I went up to Joseph's house because he called and was having some people over like usual. It was so much fun. Sophia, Kristen and Armando were there. Kegal made DELICIOUS FOOD AS USUAL and made us his bitches to teach us while helping him cook for a few minutes. We had chicken and stir-fried rice, onions and veggies. *__* And some left over rice and lentils after we ran out of that. Joseph also has internet again so that resulted in hilarity and video watching, FaceBook shenanigans and other stuff. Insert booze and hilarious talking and storytelling, I was going to leave at midnight or 1 at the latest, wound up staying until 4. XD I left my umbrella there like a winner, though. GO ME.
Umbrella that I didn't even use. I love the snow so much so I just sort of walked in it all the way there.

- At work today (at Grease in the afternoon), they talked about a party thing, so after we directed the patrons out of the theater at the end, Susan came up with these papers. Apparently the manager of the Subway near the theater wanted to randomly throw a party for us, as thanks for helping their service with all the people leaving the theater every night. So that was sweet of him.
- Light pretty snow when I walked home from work (at White Christmas at night).
I did almost slip and break my ass on the ice on the way to work, though. I AM USUALLY GOOD WITH ... NOT. DOING THAT. But holy shit it was so slippery.
As for the party, it was fun and I got to sit around and talk with some of the other ushers. Sadly, Ace did not go. (that may or may not have been the reason I went. I WILL LET YOU DECIDE WHICH IS THE CASE) So hell yeah, free footlong meatball marinara for me, bitch! The actors were dancing and stuff in the place, cause the guys at Subway put on Grease music-- I'M SURE WE ALL WANTED TO HEAR IT MORE, WHAT WITH USHERS SEEING THE SHOW 8 TIMES A WEEK AND THE ACTORS HAVING TO SING IT 8 TIMES A WEEK. XD They gave them a poster of the show with everybody's signatures as thanks back for it. It was fun!

I'm not sure what else to say right now, other than I'm a touch concerned about not being called to work for either show today. It's Saturday, so that's really uh ... distressing to my already slightly tweaked out self.
I AM HAPPY MY RE FRIENDING MEME GOT MORE THAN LIKE 5 COMMENTS THOUGH. \o/ SO HELLO NEW FRIENDS, and welcome to my faiLJ. I need to watch Degeneration again since I sort of ... iconed it first right after it leaked before giving it a second watch, hur hur durp.
Oh yeah, I also beat Layton earlier this week! It was so much fun, even though I guessed the thing about the entire town earlier on. IT MADE ME FEEL SMART OK.

TODAY HATES MEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
So the not bad, first. We had a trainee! Who worked with me and Kate. She was cool, we trained her. We are cool beans.
THEN TONIGHT SOB.
Okay so when we seat people ... we're supposed to put them in the seats on their tickets, duh. Because people are in groups! So they are sitting together, and if they're not in the right seats and OTHER groups come in and are supposed to be in X seat, then it gets confusing and not fun at all. When we have bad houses, we move people down right before the show starts if we can. When we're full/near full, they gotta sit where their tickets say.
And usually people are in groups. Sometimes groups of 5, 10. Sometimes we get classes and it hits 30+, which is pretty hectic as is when it gets that high.

OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. It was terrible and we were still training the girl and poor Brenda wanted to snap the one lady's neck because she was a BITCH and the backlog from behind them because we had to make sure they were in the RIGHT SEATS because it was a full house tonight and they were all CHILDREN and sdjkfhskfhjka.
AND THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST PART OF THE NIGHT.
Like I've said before, Greased Lightning to Ace is what Beauty School Dropout was to Taylor Hicks. In terms of lol we will take pictures!!1 SO WE HAWK. And there was a guy doing it of course, so it was UP TO ME!!!!!!!
... I slipped on the stairs and FUCKED UP MY ANKLE SO BADLY. I was in pain for the rest of the show, slow as hell, had to stand like a dumbass, took forever to carry my chair to the corner. Like ... when it happened, I freaked out. I AM NOT GOOD WITH PAIN AND STUFF especially since I assume the worst so I was like OH FUCK I'M GOING TO DIE WHAT IF I BROKE MY FOOT!!!! My ears rang and my eyes got all funky for a couple of minutes until I was able to calm down. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THAT IS OR WHY IT HAPPENS TO ME but it did and. ;o; Uwah. And it still hurts so much.
The ironic part. Someone had some candy ... of like, body parts. And when they gave me one I got a ... foot. SOB.
And now I want to do this meme to make me feel better.

But yes, that was a fun playthrough! Quick, sadly, but really fun. I love the DKC games. I guess Mario RPG is next up though, since my copy of DKC2 is nowhere to be found and I don't want to play that before 3. On a similar note, I played more of the Resident Evil RPG last night and ... THE GAME FROZE ON ME and I wasn't able to save. Now I have do a bunch of things and puzzles over again, bawwwww. But that is semi-okay because the game is really fun!

Okay I AM ALREADY TOO IMPATIENT TO WAIT FOR A TORRENT. And then download said torrent, rip the two parts I wanted to from said torrent and then upload said two parts to update. So I will just make a obnoxious squee blinkie text post with videos when there is a torrent somewhere. HURRY UUUUP.
THE TONY'S WAS FUN AND ADORABLE. I have actually never seen the Lion King, in its wonderful 10 years of existing, and the opening was amazing. Whoopi was a pretty hilarious host also, after the Lion King when she walks out in the Sebastian costume, my inner CFUDgeek went MOODCRAB!! And of course Cry-Baby's performance was in the first 20 minutes so I was quickly turned into a squealing, rolling, geeking ball of 16 year old fangirl. It was awesome! And basically what they did on the Today show, IE Chester's part not being there, which also meant no ANGRY SYNCHRONIZED STOMPING around the license plates and James doing the ARM PUNCHING THING uwah which was one of my favorite parts of the number. And then toward the middle-- mom was home by then, mind, and watching it with me-- they had this small thing with the leads of each nominated musical talking about stuff, and James was there. ;O; AND I SQUEED and my mom was like wtf and I was just like AAAAAH ♥ and I want a toooorrreeeeeent. She had her glee as well when Gabriel Byrne presented.
Lin-Manuel Miranda's speech for the Best Score was the best thing ever, since he just stood there and RAPPED the whole thing. It was adorable. The Little Mermaid performance was so pretty, Boggess has such a pretty voice. ;O; My one woe was Best Choreography, and I will never not think that was BLASPHEMIC. Heights had good dancing, but it really is so pale in comparison to what Cry-Baby dishes out every night. Rob Ashford is super and should have totally gotten that. Of course this means with no awards and how we've been doing we might close soon, which will make me CRY. And also makes me wonder about a cast album possibility now, which could make me CRY FOREVER.
The Rent reunion was really, really cute as well, Grease's performance was ... Grease. IT WAS GOOD and I like that cast but yes. Grease, it is everywhere! Or rather, it is the word. And LuPone's winning speech was hilarious. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE. The whole thing was awesome. :(b The performances were guuureito, I rolled out of my comfy blanket at the end content and gleeful.

You know how sometimes people on your friend's list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when are they working THERE? Since when are they dating HIM/HER? since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you *should* already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

THE TONY'S WAS FUN AND ADORABLE. I have actually never seen the Lion King, in its wonderful 10 years of existing, and the opening was amazing. Whoopi was a pretty hilarious host also, after the Lion King when she walks out in the Sebastian costume, my inner CFUDgeek went MOODCRAB!! And of course Cry-Baby's performance was in the first 20 minutes so I was quickly turned into a squealing, rolling, geeking ball of 16 year old fangirl. It was awesome!
