Okay so E3 stuff. The Last Guardian pinged me, I really want to give that game a try when it comes out. Less than an hour ago they announced that the very bare-bones of a new Zelda Wii game may be around so by next year they will get to actually announce a new game. This also excites me. The new Wii Motion seems good, and I hope it evens up with the new PS3 motion remote that's coming out, since that thing looks fierce.

And in a little more RE news. The DSC site updated with that new trailer, and there are so very PRETTY renders of both Claire and Steve on the main page. *_* Steve looks so cute. There's also two gameplay trailers (RE2's) that lets you hear the voice acting a bit more. I am really loving that they had Steve know people there - it makes it seem that more real. I also adore how, just like at the start of the original, they keep Steve cocky so Claire is just like "AUGH" at him. So cute. And SO MUCH LOVE. ♥

There's also a new image for the game and holy balls it's Krauser too. I guess that points to more confirmation that Leon's extra chapter is going to probably have him in it. And moar screencaps.

Now I can talk about Final Fantasy VII and upload some Red icons later - ohoho vicfurryfanfare get!

Where talk means that my ninja playthrough was amazing. I had an old, old file from when I was like ... God 13 or something. And I was on level 90! And I ... sucked. Other than stuff like Restore and a couple of Alls, I didn't have anything mastered or duplicated. Or much of ANYTHING. This play-around, I was on level 50 by the end of disc one with so much Materia and Summons mastered or soon getting there. I breezed through it for the most part.

And then I beat Emerald Weapon - something I had only done once before. But the bigger thing was I BEAT RUBY WEAPON. That is something I had never done before. I FELT SO AWESOME. Ruby Weapon is that that bully that beats you up because you are tinier than it, and a few years later you are all hax and badass and come back to fuck it up as payback.

So now I can start Persona 3 soon! Unless Resident Evil 5 gets to me first. Oooomg it's getting closer and closer!

I'm not sure what else to say right now, other than I'm a touch concerned about not being called to work for either show today. It's Saturday, so that's really uh ... distressing to my already slightly tweaked out self.

Oh yeah, I also beat Layton earlier this week! It was so much fun, even though I guessed the thing about the entire town earlier on. IT MADE ME FEEL SMART OK.

Last night I met up with sapphire_hime and we wandered the city. Hit up Kino, went to get food and wandered some more, I had such an awesome time. AND THEN SHE SURPRISED ME WITH THS AWESOME BOB WOBBLE CLOCK AND SKLFJskldfkld it is so cool and she is the sweetest person ever and uwaaah. ;o;! ♥♥♥♥♥ She had to catch a cab to the airport (I HOPE THAT WENT OKAY FOR YOU BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET LIKE. ANY) and I headed home to get ready for work. And in my amazing glory, took the wrong train so had 10 minutes after walking in the door to get ready and leave. XD I need to upload the picures soon. ♥

Beat Resident Evil 0 yesterday. YAY FOR WINNING and kicking major ass, but boo on it going by too fast. :( Playing through it got me wanting to replay Umbrella Chronicles, but it's currently lent out, and even that aside, that feeling disappeared really fast because I got a much better idea! Well, "better" being relative there - better to me, anyway.

Play all of those other RE games! I have a rom for Gaiden, so started that the other day. I just got to Leon, and what the fuck dude? It's a GBA game, so the graphics are standard Gameboy type, but they took like, a 3D model of Leon for his profile/talking image and put it in the game and it looks so STUPID compared to the others, which are pixely and not condensed 3D ugly.

On a tangent, one of my frequent RE sites had a podcast where someone who saw Degeneration basically explained everything that happened in it. Needless to say I am SO FUCKING EXCITED, the movie sounds AWESOME from just that summary, it's already exceeded my awesome expectations. Though from what it sounds like, Leon got more ... blahdull in it. Even though the part about Angela (that the guys on the podcast basically went OSHIT shippers gonna not like!) and his retarded ending line is ... retardedly hilarious. BUT YES, the spoileriffic summary was really in-depth, and I want this NYHF to start ticket sales so I can see it next month. I was excited to see it since I heard about it, but after hearing that, I am REALLY excited now because I know I'm going to love it. It also gives a very small lead-in to RE5, and according to the guy who saw it, the music is amazing, even if the lip-syncing was a little annoying.

BUT OKAY BACK TO THE GAMES THING. I can get the other RE games for under $50 on amazon - Survivor, Dead Aim, Outbreak 1 and 2. I ... I never knew that Survivor 2 never got an American release. It had a Japanese and a like, Europe release, according to what I see. Which makes me REALLY SAD because I wanted to play that one too - I loved the first Survivor game, so. XD But yeah ... I am too poor to get a modded PS2 to play Survivor 2, even though uwaaaaaah it's Code Veronica-set. T__T IF ONLY MY COMPUTER DIDN'T SUCK DONGS and was able to emulate PS2 games. I am going to see if I can save to get the set of games soon, since I do wanna play them before 5, and $50 for 4 games isn't too bad and technically shouldn't take me too long to put aside for. Maybe I can find a playthrough of Survivor 2 on youtube or something.

On somewhat of a similar subject, internets needs moar HQ of Resident Evil scenes from all the games. My left arm for HQs of 0 and the REmake. ... and like most of everything else, I can't even find good HQs of UC. >: If I could, I'd record things when I played but I can't since I want to set my computer on fire.

And let's see now. In Broadwaytype news since I am a playbill.com hooker. Hairspray is most likely closing at the Neil Simon in January. BUT! Harvey Fierstein, who was the original Edna Turnblad in the show, is coming back to the role until the end in a couple of months. I looooved Harvey in the show so much, so I think that's cool.

Stefán Karl, who is ROBBIE MOTHERFUCKIN' ROTTEN in LazyTown, is going to be playing the Grinch in the musical tour. I just think that is just awesome. Because omg, LazyTown.

According to my MySpace bulletin, James Snyder is headed back to LA. :( Nooooo it's all the way on the other side of the country noooo bawwwww.

I am also a whore for the SNES and playing mad games on it. Currently DKC2 and I have an assload more downloaded, mostly RPGs I never got the chance to play back in the day. So. Recommend me some good old fun SNES games and tell me a little about them. On that note, Sega Genesis games too.

And now work news! Out with one American Idol person and in with a new. As I said, Taylor Hicks had his last show on Sunday. Starting today, Ace Young was supposed to replace Matthew Hydzick for the role of Kenickie until my birthday - January 18th. But he's not starting until Thursday, now. (sob I will miss Matt)

However! Word in the theater is that when he starts, apparently they are going to change something around so he takes off his shirt in the show!

On that same subject, I ran to the corner last night, didn't know what I wanted, and decided to get a Green Apple Smirnoff on a whim. Except not, because I ran to the corner with the money but not my wallet and ID, and the guy at the register was new and like "can I see your ID" and I was like GOD DAMN IT FUCK.

Earlier tonight I was hit with "OH MAN, X GAME WAS FUCKING AWESOME. I WANT TO REPLAY IT" syndrome. Only I got it for a bunch of games at once. (By the by, play these games if you have not! I love them all.)

I would like to note that growing up and just playing these games in general, I totally always had boyfriends in them -- fuck I still do because I am just that cool. Hahn is mai hani in this game. ♥ Even though, and I forgot this up until I got her on my force, I always really loved Rika's character design and how she looks. One day I will play another Phantasy Star that is not IV, but IV was the one we used to play so I was like sdklfjaslk I loved it.

On another note, and I mentioned this more on IRC, but hot damn do I love Gilly. I'm only two episodes in (thanks to the video games taking over I am such a whore) and already it's like aaah. He is just so smug, all "Alex. No, ATHRUN ZALA. :)!!!!"

And with more random subject jumping, I left my Last Exile goat doll in my bed. ... and a couple of hours ago, I hear Cody doing his "I have something in my mouth" meow -- that he does when he catches mice (which he hasn't in forever) and when he STEALS DOLLS because I have a bunch of them where the mattress of my old loft bed used to be (since I haven't slept there in ages now, I sleep in the other bedroom) that he always drags out of bed like a predator. Little adorable bitch stole my new doll since it was the only one in the bed. ♥ Dragged it over to me like "LOOK WHAT I GOT LOOK LOOK" "YEAH I SEE, AND HEY IT LOOK FAMILIAR OH WAIT IT'S MINE."

ME: Oh hey I am working at Grease! Which is pretty cool, since for the oddest reason, I've had a couple of those songs in my head recently! And working there will get it all out of my system!

I mean, I can get it used for under like $8 maybe, if I look, but. I have only worked three days in the last two weeks (I am working at Grease again today) so that is not very much on the money front. Especially when there are life-needs to be ... had, over an album.

But yeah, the two winners who were the leads in that show had their final show last weekish, so the runners up are now the steady leads. And Derek Keeling is pretty cute. :Db And then of course, that night being back there after so long, I had to stay after because there were two people in the audience who came over to us asking to help us look for a lost wedding ring. That might not have even gotten lost there, but. I hope they find it, I was still home by 10:30 though!

And then of course LOL TAYLOR HICKS in the show as Teen Angel. He was actually awesome, though! I know me and grandma voted for him on American Idol so. When he came out, everyone went crazy, he did this little hamonica thing, and sang a little at the very end too, I liked him! And since it was my second time seeing the show there, I could ABSORB IT better, and I do like it. Except the ending, because I am not a fan of conformity of the I am going to CHANGE MY LOOKS AND MY ATTITUDE TO HOW EVERYONE ELSE IS TO FIT IN!!1 kind. At all.

Of course working yesterday made me miss out on going to Tad's with everyone which I really really wanted to do. :( But ah, well. NEXT TIME and hopefully both Jennifer and Joseph are coming to our next protest.

I also finally got my hands on ye old Katamari Damacy. I had played it before, but realized last week I wanted to OWN it and also do all the missions and stuff. Mmm King of All Cosmos bulge. ♥

On that note, I can't say cosmos right anymore because I automatically go KOS-MOS.

Yesterday was fun. Got Dark Knight tickets for Thursday since that's when we'll all be free. Spent the day hanging with Joseph and Kegal at his house. We cooked, we failed, we laughed, but the food turned out great. Got harassed by the mean little chihuahua. Sang songs like retards, mooched off of more delicious Calpico that Joseph had, aaand planned more things to do soon.
