So the new RE title is going to be called Darkside Chronicles. Which is, as many have speculated, basically Umbrella Chronicles 2. The title was posted as a magazine scan in the newest Famitsu, and there's an image floating around of RE2 Leon and Claire, so that much is confirmed. So that plus the probable Code Veronica chapter we are getting, if we add RE4 into that it's going to be a lot of those two, with the possible additions of Wesker of course, Ada and I hope there's a Chris chapter in the CV section.

"The reason the game is not called Umbrella Chronicles 2, the two revealed, is that the enemy is no longer Umbrella Corporation. Additionally, the term "darkside" can be taken to mean that the game will provide a look at some of the unexplored areas of the RE story, along with the darker passages of the characters' histories . The game will also have more of a horror taste than the first."

"While the two wouldn't state the specific titles that will be covered in the game, they did confirm that scenarios from games other than RE2 will definitely make the cut. Expect to see a variety of characters, including RE2's Sherry Birkin."

I AM EXCITED. We're getting RE5 FRIDAY and already have an upcoming game to flail about. I can't wait to see and hear more about it. ♥ It sounds like it's going to be the same formula as UC overall, which is cool with me. I WANT IT.

There's also a load of downloadable content confirmed for RE5. So far only confirmed for the PS3 version but I'd assume the 360 will get it too. Versus mode and some sort of team effort thing. here's a link with more, spoiler-free, to give you an idea. I wonder if it will cost money. I WOULD POSSIBLY DO IT, since that stuff sounds awesome.

I AM TOO AHHHH. When it started leaking last night I figured it was a UC2, but now sdfjksdljl just hearing MORE makes it more lkdfjlsdj AHHHHH. I wanna see what they do with CV so much. I want Steeeeeeeeve but at the same time I hope so much that there's an extra Chris subchapter or something. I will also eat my hat if there's isn't a Wesker background unlockable for CV.

Haha yeah, I have errands to run first them I am like. I HAVE ANOTHER GAME TO FINISH BUT I'M NOT CLOSE YET and I probably won't be by tomorrow night so why not play UC instead.

I had a feeling that's what they were hinting at when they said that CV fans should keep an ear out on the 12th. I didn't think they'd release a full remake since really, CV doesn't particularly NEED remake imo? But a rehash with UC seems like a really good way to do it, even if they'll have to cut a lot out.

They probably will have a Chris subchapter, I mean they did it for Rebecca in the Mansion Incident.

I pretty much failed on finishing the game I was planning on finishing before now, because I haven't touched it in like, two weeks. OH WELL.

Yeah, CV is my personal cutoff for need of a Remake. I think 2 and 3 would be awesome, in CV they have better in game cutscenes that aren't like. Blocky and everything like the formers. XD

And lol same. I am still making my way through Persona 3, but I realistically can't finish before ... tomorrow night. I could TRY but that would require playing non-stop which I rarely have the motivation for. Except for when I get RE5. >_> I just feel bad putting it aside for the entire time I'm gonna be screwing with RE5, esp with all the online multiplayer stuff now omg. *____*
