Will we finally get HEAT IN THE WINTER?! Will we have a NEW, COMPETENT LANDLORD?

God I hope so cause if we get another moron I will CUT SOMEBODY!

And you should know that cutting never solves anything. Only fire. Setting someone on fire is a great way to get your point across. :D
