Sob my life and moths. So a couple of weeks, I went to get crickets for Wade and Liz, but Petland did not have any. So they suggested wax worms since Anoles eat them. I was like sure! And got a load of them, and while they ate a couple of them, I don't think they liked them very much. Also within two days, some of the worms were turning black, so I was like fuck they're already dying?
I got crickets this week for them, so switched them and what was left of the wax worms so the crickets were in the cage and the worms were in the bag. By this time, most of the worms were dark and, assumed by me, dead.
LITTLE DID I KNOW.
Last night I was going to sleep and heard ... something. From around the area of where Wade and Liz's tank is. Assuming it was one of them moving around or something, I didn't pay any mind to it until it wouldn't stop. So I sit up, turn the light on and look in the bag and see. Like ... four little moths. And I'm just like "WHAT THE FUCK?" And found out later that wax worms do indeed turn into wax moths, so most of them that were "dead" were actually just going from one to the other.
SO I AM BOGGLING at 3am, and go oooh, now that they're moving around a lot more, Wade and Liz will probably eat them now! So I threw in a couple and as expected, they stalked, leaped, caught them. ONE SOMEHOW GOT OUT OF THE CAGE THOUGH which resulted in the usual. Me screaming like a little girl, running into the next room, and having Cody come in to save my life by eating it. BUT YES. THAT WAS A SURPRISE FOR ME because I was like wtf these things aren't dead. SO IT WAS NOT A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY THANKFULLY. Even though lol sob moths.
One of Ace Young's brothers was there today, probably to see the show. And lol he looked sooo much like him that I thought it was actually him until someone was like "omg did you see his brother!!1"
On another work note, one of the ushers had ... candy thrown at him by someone? I HAVE NO IDEA I heard this story today but apparently someone threw a mint at him and he was all OSHIT DODGE. That would be a hilarious training stage to being an usher. "LEARN HOW TO DODGE FLYING CANDY."
( Oh yeah also a short thing about Geass 25. )
I'm not sure what else. I've kind of been a frazzled mess this week, so far.
